Rating of the product from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest score. 3.5
Pros:
Appearance: Beautiful design. I received the white one. The case is gorgeous and lightweight.
Comfit and size: I have small ears so when I saw these don’t go in my ears I was very excited, as this is one of the biggest issues I have with most earbuds.
Battery life: Up to 16 Hours When I go out and want to listen to music or audiobooks, I don’t want to worry about if the charge is going to hold up.
Sound: The sound is amazing, I love how I can hear what is going on around me, while still enjoying what I am listening to.
Setup and connection: The setup was very easy and there is an app I can use to see the status of the charge. Another thing I like is the voice telling me it is connected. I went out shopping and my cellphone connects to my car radio, the device allowed me to continue listening in the earphones, if I wanted to.
When making and receiving calls and texts the device allowed me to speak and hear with no issues.
I own the Apple Airpod pro, I purchased for $250. The price for this devise ($179) is $20 less than Apple ones. When I compare the two, the things I like about Oladance is that I do not have to worry about them falling out, like the Airpods do sometimes, I also do not have to worry about them going into my ear and getting dirty.
However, that is where the pros come to an end.
Cons
I gave the device a 3.5 mostly due to the weight of the devise and because is heavy and after having them on for several hours, I had to take them off because my ears were beginning to hurt. This might be, in part due to the way my glasses also rub on my ears. If they fit better with my glasses and the weight didn’t cause pain in my ears I would have easily given it a 4 or even a 5. However, all of the high-tech features do no good if they stay in my purse.
Another thing that I suggest is including a charging plug. When the cost of $179 it would be great if I didn’t have to find a special charging plug. I went to Wal-mart and it cost $7. This would not be necessary if the plug was a common type such as a mini or mico. Based on my research, it seems the USB-C offers the highest quality and is the newest option being used for devices, but unfortunately it is not as widespread, yet.
