seriousjoker I hope I’m not wrong but I think the one on the left is the pixel 9a because of the color representation it has. If so, I’m surprised that it has a better dynamic range in some photos and better noise control in night photos. I’m a big fan of the pixels, I love the pure android they have, in addition to the betas they release for its updates, not to mention that I love the camera app they have, I literally fell in love with the design of the 9a although I was a big fan of the metal block on the back, now that it’s almost flat I like it, it looks clean, minimalist and elegant, the only negative point I would give it in the design are the screen frames that are very thick for my taste but this is already a trend, the iPhone 16e has them, the new Samsung A56 has them, it is already a signature in the mid-range. Thank you for your review. I’m surprised that so little is said about this phone., which personally is the best mid-range due to the processor and the integration of AI it has.

I’d already seen that the Pixel 9a is a great choice if you want to experience a mid-range phone that feels high-end. I loved the photos, and as you mentioned, it is seen that the AI present in the quality of the photographs is present and is much better than that of an iPhone from previous years, even though it is still high-end.

El_Baloos unfortunately you are wrong. I too would have expected the iphone 14pro to win easily but it seem the AI processor on the pixel 9a is doing a better job with the pics.
A little disclaimer shall be made though.. while, iphone 14 pro has a 0.5x, 1x, and 3x, pixel 9a has a 0.5x, 1x, and 2x. I was so sure iphone cameras were better than I shot some of the iphone pics at 2x (basically zooming the 1x camera) instead of 3x.
Nevertheless, the pixel camera seem to better handle contrasts and flares than the iphone.

seriousjoker I had chosen the right side but then I saw the photos again and said that the ones on the left side look more natural and I edited the comment hahaha, how unlucky I am, but that also shows that we prejudge things only because of the brand. I got carried away by the ¨prestige¨ of the iPhone knowing that the pixels make incredible photos, it’s a good lesson.
