Recently, I just got a brand new mid tower pc. I’ve been using it for a bout a week now and here’s my review about it. Here’s the specs of the pc in Pcpartpicker:
CPU-Intel Core i7-12700KF 3.6 GHz 12-Core Processor
CPU cooler-Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard-MSI MAG B760 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
Ram/memory-TEAMGROUP T-Create Expert 32 GB (2 × 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory
Storage-TEAMGROUP MP44L 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
GPU-Gigabyte WINDFORCE OC GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB PCIe x8 Video Card
Case-SAMA SV01 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply-Thermaltake Smart BM3 850 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply
The total came out around 1.3-1.4k because the fans that I got was not in Pcpartpicker and I also bought some cord extension that I didn’t use.
Here’s the pictures(I forgot to take some of pictures of some specs, sorry) :

Experience: 5/10 Putting this Pc together was super difficult, after putting the CPU into the motherboard I thought it was going to be easy until I have to plug the cables in. figuring out where all the cables go was definitely the hardest part about the build. and I would definitive not do it again, it was a one time experience, I enjoyed it, but no more for me. And also the stress I had trying the CPU into the socket and pushing the ram into the ram slots was through the roof, I felt like I was going to bend the pins of the CPU socket and also tear up the Ram slots when having to use awfully amount of strength to lock them in place. Usually when something doesn’t fit(especially tech) you don’t force it in but with inserting CPU, you kinda have to break that rule a bit.
Aesthetic: 8/10 the RGB fans looks super clean and the only reason I did not give it a 10/10 is because of the poor cable management. I tried my best, I even bought some cable extension for it but I changed my mind the last second to not use them.
Noise: 9/10 Super quiet, even when I have my headphones on transparent mode I can barely hear anything coming out of the PC, and when I’m gaming I don’t hear anything at all.
Performance(1080p): 8/10 I don’t really know how to test out PCs but here’s what I know.
**•**I know that whatever games that I try to run the CPU and GPU stays around 40-60 Celsius or 104-131 Fahrenheit. It could also be because I don’t play games that have heavy graphics.
• Fortnite runs around 200 fps max settings on Directx12 in games and around 240fps in creative, sometimes it goes to 300fps but it’s not consistent.
**•**On performance mode, Fortnite runs 300+fps but I would not recommend it because it doesn’t look nice.
**•**On Apex, I get 240+ fps with max settings, I tried to get rid of the cap but I can’t figure out how to.(can please someone tell me if they know, thank you)
•Call of Duty, around 170-200 fps with everything to the lowest and 120 fps with everything maxed out.
Question: I know 240 fps is good but I with the specs I have I think I should be getting around 500+fps, correct me if I’m wrong or there is something I should’ve done but did not.
Thanks for reading this and I’ll be happy to answer any questions you guys might have.
