Hi there, hope everyone started 2024 in a good shape.

If you’ve been following CES 2024 or our blog, you may have crossed the official announcement of the R1, a new piece of hardware aiming at bringing the power of VoiceAI to the masses.

The hardware is co-designed by Teenage Engineering and brings the so-called “large action models”, allowing everyone to perform specific actions instantly - think of an AI version of IFTT.

Emmanuel3000 I have seen the presentation and it works like a pocket assistant. It is designed to unite all mobile phone applications in a single interface and to be managed with voice. However, I have doubts about how it will manage the applications so that we forget to use our smartphone
