Microsoft Edge will soon have a free VPN.

Microsoft is making another attempt to appear on the browser market. They intend to introduce a free VPN with a limit of 1 GB of data usage per month to their browser. Many of these attempts were unsuccessful, but this one has a real chance to convince some people. You’ll need a microsoft account to use this feature. It won’t replace a fully paid service, but it’s still something to look at. What’s your opinion?

I think I would still stick with Chrome. Even with all the features of Firefox and Edge, I’m just so integrated into the Chrome experience that it would be a major hassle to switch. I’d lose my saved information, browsing history, and easy integration with my Android smartphone.

There isn’t a checkbox available fo my answer, which is Maybe. Lately I’ve really been impressed with what developers have done with the Opera browser, and when I need to a free VPN, that’s my go-to choice. It’s a got an easy toggle on/off switch right in the address bar. The virtual locations are not many, but at least one of them usually meets my needs. (The choices are; Optimal Location, Americas, Asia, and Europe).. Also, most Chrome add-ons are compatible. But more on topic, I will surely try the Edge VPN when it’s available to see how I like it.. also, this is the first I’ve heard of them adding the feature to that browser, so thanks for the post.
