Dreame’s latest flagship robot vacuum, the Matrix10 Ultra, looks like it’s straight out of a cleaning dream. With a dock that swaps and washes its own mop pads, and three different cleaning solutions depending on the floor type, this bot aims to be the first true set-and-forget cleaner.
The real headline feature is its Multi-Mop Dock. Instead of one mop, it holds three different sets:
- a scrubber for kitchens,
- a soft pad for delicate floors,
- and a standard one for everyday use.
The robot automatically switches between them, washes the dirty ones in boiling water, and even uses different cleaning solutions depending on the room. No more bathroom germs dragged into the living room.
On top of that, the Matrix10 Ultra can climb 8 cm steps thanks to its retractable wheels (or should I call them legs) and even a swing-arm, something no other bot can do. Combined with AI obstacle detection and mapping, it’s designed to handle just about anything you throw at it.
Top Highlights
Multi-Mop Dock – Three mop sets for different floor types, automatically swapped mid-clean.
Self-Cleaning System – Pads washed with boiling water and dried with hot air after every use.
Triple Solution Reservoir – Different cleaning solutions for different rooms, including a pet odor solution.
30,000 Pa Suction – One of the most powerful vacuums in any robot cleaner.
Step-Climbing Mobility – Retractable wheels + swing-arm let it scale up to 8 cm.
AI Obstacle Avoidance – Identifies over 200 types of objects, from cables to pet messes.
But here’s the big question: is it brilliant or over-engineered? The dock is huge, the price will likely be sky-high (The price in Singapore is over USD 2000), and not everyone needs a vacuum that can hop stairs and juggle mop pads.
What do you think? Is the Matrix10 Ultra a cleaning dream come true, or simply too much tech for your floors?
