Ivyisme Really impressive, these specs definitely caught my attention. Especially that 4K micro OLED panel with over 4032 PPI and that’s seriously impressive and even tops the Vision Pro on paper. The integration of Google Gemini for on device AI sounds like a big step forward for Samsung’s ecosystem, which happens to be way better than the Vision Pro.
Even though leaks can still change, I have to admit it is shaping up to be a really exciting competitor with Apple. The weight and battery life seem reasonable too, considering the hardware it’s packing.
It’s amazing to see the huge cost difference, the Apple Vision Pro is being sold for $3499, while the Samsung XR is going for $1799.99 that is a huge difference of $1699.01, it is outstanding, however; the Apple Vision Pro still has the edge in software polish and ecosystem, but Samsung is clearly pushing hard on the hardware side, which I truly love.
Either way, it’s great to see competition heating up, it only pushes all the brands to innovate even more. Really excited to see if this product makes it to the Heyup Community Tryout section.
