ThermoRinse™: hot-water floor cleaning
The heart of the H15 Pro Heat is ThermoRinse™ technology, which uses water heated directly by the floor washer, declared up to 85 °C. For accuracy, I specify that once the water is distributed onto the roller and the cold floor, it inevitably cools down, settling at around 55/56 °C. I measured the temperatures under the roller with a K-type probe for precise readings and the values on the body with a thermal camera to show which parts heat up and where the hot water is generated. This is not just “lukewarm water,” but a temperature sufficient to:
dissolve grease and stubborn dirt more easily
remove oily stains according to declared tests
remain gentle on parquet and sealed wooden surfaces
The result is a floor that is not only clean but also degreased, with better hygiene and fewer streaks. In testing, the perception of greater cleanliness is tangible.
GapFree™ AI DescendReach
One of the most visible and advertised innovations is the GapFree™ robotic arm with AI, which automatically lowers in 0.2 seconds during backward movement. Again, for accuracy, I specify that the system is more mechanical than truly guided by artificial intelligence (which certainly sounds cool for marketing), but what matters is the result.
What this means in real use:
The system works on the third side, the front one, which until now remained uncovered, ensuring significantly better coverage than previous models and almost completely reducing the chance of leaving crumbs or liquids along edges. From the app, you can choose in which mode the robotic arm activates. Personally, I find this addition truly effective only on edges; in other floor areas, especially with uneven floors or visible grout lines, it tends to leave water streaks. In my opinion, it would be interesting to integrate a sensor like on their V20 Pro and V30 vacuum cleaners, so the robotic arm activates only on edges, where it really makes a difference.
I also point out two factors to consider: first, the rubber scraper of the robotic arm does not self-clean, so it must be cleaned manually regularly to maintain good efficiency; second, it reduces the front gap, so if you encounter very large debris, it may happen that the scraper pushes it forward, preventing proper suction.
TangleCut™: zero tangles, zero maintenance

It consists of a flexible scraper with teeth that cut hair and fur during suction, preventing them from wrapping around the roller, while also combing and squeezing the fibers.
The result is practically zero tangles, no manual hair removal, and more consistent performance over time.

The new RGB sensor, 5 times more sensitive, allows the H15 Pro Heat to “see” and recognize the type of dirt, automatically increasing suction and water on tougher stains or when large amounts of dirt or liquids are present, and reducing intensity on light dust and clean areas to optimize battery life and water consumption.
The same sensor also monitors the condition of the brush and water, activating deeper self-cleaning cycles when necessary.
ThermoTub™ and AI drying

The brush comes out sanitized, and ready for use, without odors or residue. not always perfectly dried but If it remains damp, the sensor, if activated, will start an additional drying cycle. It can be set to 3 detection levels with varying sensitivity.
GlideWheel™ and 180° flat design
Despite its 6.2 kg weight, the H15 Pro Heat is surprisingly easy to handle thanks to GlideWheel™ assisted traction, which supports wrist movement with powered wheels, ensuring smooth forward and backward motion. It also assists movement during vertical stationary positioning when pausing. The driving force can be adjusted from the app on 3 levels.
The full 180° tilt capability allows cleaning under low furniture, with a flat height of about 14 cm. Even in a fully horizontal position, it maintains effective suction, losing only some maximum dirty-water tank capacity, which drops from 650 ml to 400 ml when laid flat.
