If we’re truly committed to the testing process, honesty is key. It’s understandable that we’re grateful to the website that offers the opportunity to test products, but above all, honesty is highly valued, especially if it helps brands correct mistakes or improve. Option C is the right choice.

I believe both the first impression and the long-term performance should be equally represented. The first impression sometimes can be as important as the long-term performance. Is the old discussion of hearth vs logic I believe. Personally I would lean towards the long-term performances but sometimes “also the eyes wants their share” (I do not know if that Italian saying makes sense to you).

Other than that I would agree with you. Personally I would update the review trying also to understand whether it is my unit that it’s failing or it’s a common issue.
