Issue with Apps

I haven’t really been able to use any apps fully successfully. YouTube crashes when I try to sign in. Hulu will let me sign in and select something to play but errors out and the only Hulu suggestion it to restart the device you are using. Netflix let’s me sign in and select an account, but doesn’t register any input after that. And the Spotify app icon is only a white box. Like the icon doesn’t load.

I’ve tried restarting the projector and uninstalling and re-installing the apps. Same effect.

Could this be an issue with the OS or the Apps? Where should I best direct this too?

With the netflix app you has to use the mouse function of the remote

xels can you please explain this more - what do you mean “mouse function of remote”?

xels ok, that seemed to work. Any idea if it’ll eventually work with the normal control functions?

For those who don’t know how to use the “Mouse Mode”

Press App Launcher Button
Toggle the Mouse Mode option at the top of the side menu
Move the arrow as you would a mouse. To scroll down, press the center button in an area that isn’t clickable, and then press up or down to scroll up or down

Same with me. I was able to install Netflix and I could sign up. But than no way to start inside of the Netflix app any film. remote inside of Netflix is not working.
