👋🏼 Hi!
Just yesterday I ran into an unexpected issue of my hey+ watch going into a restart loop, when i tried to apply one certain watch face.. and this experience is reproducible.
Face: Hardcore Machinery, Color: Yellow.**

I’ve used this face before in other colors (red, blue).. without issue but whenever applying Yellow, (it did install to the phone and appears in the app as one of my 6 faces).. the watch display actually flashed briefly one time, in all white color, then restarted, with the hey+ logo appearing for a short while. Then, the screen went black (did not flash again) and then the hey+ logo reappearred while it restarted again, and again, and again.
Eventually, the face did load up, (very briefly) and the time was wrong and the date was wrong and the phone app said: Disconnected. — Then, it began to loop again.
I turned off and back on., the bluetooth on my phone.. Eventually, I was able to get to the Restart / Power Off options, with a long press on the button (while the face appeared), and then from a fresh power up, the screen seemed to load and remain stable.. but still with incorrect time and date.. rather, it showed the default image of 10:08
I then switched to a new face and restarted to the app, at which point the watch time and date updated to be correct.
As a next test, I did a long press on the display, swiped back to the yellow machinery and tapped on it to apply the face, but sadly, the reboot loop immediately began again.
Is there a diagnostic log or tool of any kind for this situation? Thank you for reading.
