HeyPlus watch question.. I did a restart on my watch yesterday (through the watch face) and when it came back up, the watch was asking me to choose a language, then showing a QR code to bind the watch.
Why would this happen? Do i have to delete it from the app to put it back? and if so.. will I lose workout records?
PS ..I have tried to scan the code to re-bind.. but it just takes me to a webpage to download the app. Thank you
