Xiaomi Announced its First Smart Glass

It takes photos and has an Micro Oled Display.

It has a main camera of 50MP and Periscope camera of 8MP, whiling equipping Sony’s Micro Oled which reaches a maximum of 3,000 nit brightness and 3,281 ppi Clarity.

Do you find it attractive? I personally think it is an attempt in a new direction instead of trying to bring something out, because a smart glass would always suffer from the problem of weight and heat. With such a small 50MP camera, it must have a powerful imaging processor. Therefore, it needs more power which adds up both the weight and heat.

It is priced around 2,499 RMB (Around $370 USD)

To be honest, I don’t find attractive, but Xiaomi wanted to have a device in AR and these glasses may be a first ccontact that area

Yeah, it’s not the most attractive. Whoever wears it is going to majorly stand out. But, I appreciate the low price point.

Xiaomi fait bien d’innover sur des terrains comme cela et je pense que ces lunettes peuvent avoir une réelle utilité pour certains domaines (médical, logistique, etc …).

Après il faut voir à l’utilisation si cela apporte quelque chose en plus, une vraie aide ou alors ça ralentit la productivité.

Et je trouve le prix plus que correct pour des lunettes autant équipés.
