My experience with the Switchbot Bot has been inspiring and brought joy, peace of mind and a new never before possible convenience.. I give it a solid 4 out of 5, as there are occasional errors from the app, but I’m investigating possible reasons.
Setup was incredibly easy and fast and operation/functionality worked immediately without requiring me to create an account. (Recommended)
The two pack is very useful especially for rocker switches. I use mine in the garage because we don’t have a motion sensing lights and certain family members can forget to turn the lights off. Also for me, it’s awesome being able to turn ON the lights before i open the garage door.
I have not seen or tried any similar products but these are very well built, setup guidance is clear and colorful and like i suggested before, they just work! I do suggest waiting 24 hours after applying with stickers, before first operation.
Improvements would be few, the only one I could think of would be to have the option to press straight out and back in, (and maybe extend the reach), so that they could be used on typical flip up / flip down light switches.
This is a super cool product and I highly recommend it! I may try out the curtains bot as well. Thank you.
