I like the look of this phone. It’s sleek and has a decent screen size. Most of the time it works okay.

I’ve had this phone for 6 months and I can honestly say that I don’t care for it. It’s always freezing up, it always messes up when opening apps. There’s a beauty filter on the front camera and I have tried to remove it with no luck.

The pixelation on the camera is very noticeable, and obviously lower than I thought it was going to be. It’s still a great phone besides the camera issue and the freezing. It gets great service where I live. I’m in hills and mountains and it still gets service and net.

LisaAdams doesn’t sound like a fun device, especially if having issues with it just after 6 months. Could you take some pics of it? What was the price of it?

LisaAdams i think it is the most necessary feature of a phone, next to the Connection that it would run stable at least in the UI and the everyday apps like Camera, browser, messaging.

Sometimes a visit at the local service centre could fix some issues, sometimes a Softwareupdate will do it. Maybe you haven’t tried one of these solutions.

LisaAdams Oh man that’s frustrating for sure. Freezing up all the time is never really a good sign for a phone and I’m sure there are several other phones that don’t have those issues for around the same price. @Matthias had a good recommendation - have you tried to update the software or trade it in for a better device?

That’s good that you get good service though! That might have a bit more to do with your carrier than the phone itself though. Something to keep in mind.
