Dear all, we got our HeyUp as our Christmas gift and we were so happy to try it out. Until we realized that we dont have the converter for EU electic dose… luckily, one of guests at the party had one, so we could enjoy watching some photos and videos.

You could consider letting buyers From Europe know that they need this converter or even better, putting one in a package..
