For me I think as the technology of under display cameras improve over the years, it will showup in more and more smartphones. It seems that hiding the selfie camera, which has been an topic for years in the smartphone industry, is still a very big point of concern. Even iPhone, while they still have a black bar on top, the whole point of the dynamic island is to make the selfie camera blend into the feature, so it isn’t as noticable. Companies like Samsung, ZTE and REDMAGIC have been testing it out in their latest devices but as we know, the photo quality taken from these photos are very bad. Once it can become on par with the average front facing selfie camera, it will become mainstream.
What unique feature that is currently seen as a gimick do you think will be adopted into the main stream smartphone market in the future?
