I have both and use both regularly, just depends on the mess! I use my hand held for messes I need done right in that moment and in an exact location. I use my robot after the house Is picked up and for an all over vacuum/mop. I have a narwal T10 and absolutely love it!

my husband absolutely, hands down, adores out robot vacuum but I think that it misses places in our house and its LOUD. I personally like a handheld so I can get the job done where I want it done. Plus if its a vacuum mop that is handheld, then it’s gold!

I currently have a upright hand held vacuum and have a hard time using it because of my back. I am hoping I get to test this because I do vacuum everyday because I have pets. I think you still need a handheld for hard to reach spaces and your walls to dust or clean the bade boards. So I believe you need both in your home. If you have stairs you need a hand held vacuum to clean the. So I got hardwood floors and this robot vacuum would work great to test in my home.

I like both in their own way. Using the upright downstairs is great cause this is the most used areas so I have more control but having a robot upstairs, to get right under the beds works better.Having both would be a dream
