Hello everyone, this is the first review I do on this website, I would like to share my experience with you having the star device of the well-known Korean brand, Samsung, the S24 Ultra.
First of all, an apology if I make spelling mistakes, English is not my main language and I still need to improve.
Positive points:
1- Cameras.
While they are not the best today, they are at a very high level, I dare say that they could enter the top 10 of the mobile device cameras of the year, capable of achieving good results in almost any scenario, including the possibility of using RAW for those with knowledge of professional photography.
1080p60,4k60/120 and 8k30 video recording, with excellent optical stabilization, and impressive results.
2- Performance.
Having the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 For Galaxy (version with a light overclock) we have plenty of fluidity for almost any task we put on the phone.
3- Multitasking.
With the possibility of using split screens and floating windows, the phone gives us many tools that favor productivity, this, together with its processor, gives us a lot of ease to use many applications together.
4- Compatibility.
Samsung’s team is so large that it ranges from cell phones to TVs and appliances.
Being able to have a connection between each one more than excellent, being able to manage multiple tasks in a very simple way.
5- Screen.
We could consider it the best screen on the market, 1440p 120Hz resolution, the display of content on the computer is simply amazing, absolutely everything (if it is in good resolution) looks very high quality, sharp, with beautiful colors and very pleasant fluidity.
As an extra point, its anti-reflective display (which, according to Samsung, reduces 75% of the reflections) on a daily basis is impressive, outdoors, we will have no problem seeing content if there is a lot of sunlight.
6- Design.
I know Samsung has been repeating the same design for a few generations, but I think it’s a great design that, for now, doesn’t need any change., elegant, nice and minimalist, it’s the best way to describe the design of Samsung’s Ultra line.
The feeling of holding it in your hand is very pleasant and comfortable, the edges in matt finish make it less likely to slip when we hold it.
7 - S-pen
A great accessory that helps a lot in photography editing or taking photos remotely, as well as being able to be a multimedia controller and help us if, for example, we make a slideshow.
Negative points:
1- Temperature.
Although the phone is very powerful, it can sometimes heat up.
According to my tests, it has reached a maximum of 48° these demanding too much from the phone in multitasking and games (Cod mobile, Pubg mobile, Fortnite and Blood Strike).
Also when recording video or using the camera for a long time.
The positive side is that your vapo chamber helps a lot to cool down, lowering your temperature in less than 4 minutes.
2- Resistance.
Personally, incorporating the Titanium (grad 3 according to JerryRigEverything studies) seems to me to be a bit wrong decision on the part of Samsung, makes the phone more resistant to scratches, but its impact absorption is not very good, moving the entire impact force to the rear glass, increasing the chances of breaking it.
3- Absence of charger.
Samsing and other brands have joined this (unpleasant) tendency to remove accessories from the boxes, in this case, we can only find the device, its cable and little else.
4- Loading speed.
Limited to a maximum of 45W, by today’s standards, this load can be considered somewhat slow, with competitors of 67 or up to 100W of fast charging.
