Hey everyone, I know this isn’t the typical product review we are used to seeing here but since we have talked a bit about pet products, I figured, why not review Pretty Litter.
There’s been a good bit of hype around the pet world about this silica, crystal, based non clumping litter. I’ve been using it for about 6+ months. Please keep in mind, you may experience a little different based on amount of cats, diet etc.
What makes this litter blend unique, bringing it’s hype, is the color changing crystals that’ll tell you if your cat has any of the issue listed. While it’s a neat idea, it can be misleading at times. For example, when around a lot of humidity or when it’s time to change/crystals stop absorbing, the color will change to the same blue as the possible UTI. Thankfully though my cats have remained normal as far as these issues go.
One bag of pretty litter does a great job at keeping the odors under control for about a month and three weeks before they stop absorbing and need to be changed. No more scooping urine, just poop.
While this litter claims to be little to no dust/track, it is not, at least for me. Each scoop results in a dust cloud. It does track a bit but my cats like to play in it and fling it everywhere.

This has been one of the better litters I’ve used in a long time and my cats obviously like it as well. The biggest drawback is the dust cloud, which not having to scoop every day makes this a bit more bearable.
