problems with casting, apps crashing.

i just opened my boxe projector an hour ago and i was so excited to use it but i ran into issues immediately. when casting from my ios device, the projector began downloading files and the loading would take forever with no indication of how long it would take so i couldn’t watch anything on casting unfortunately. i don’t know if this is supposed to happen but from the reviews i’ve seen on youtube there’s no mention of it. i then tried downloading the youtube application, only to find that it would crash. i couldn’t even get into the app before it crashing and the same thing happening with the netflix and disney plus app. is there any way i can fix this? i’ve also sent feedback so i hope that can help.

The reason why Netflix or other video apps can’t cast screens on mobile phones is that the Netflix application prevents mobile casting to projectors due to copyright protection considerations. This situation requires you to use Netflix on the projector.

For Netflix don’t play on the projector, we recommend that you install another version of Netflix at Aptoide.
