Hi Heyuppers! I received the Redmagic GT Watch to test and I would like to share with you my impressions.
As soon as I opened the package I could see the white box with the red Redmagic logo at the centre which I found elegant and pleasant to look at.
Once I opened the package I found a modern, youthful looking watch and once I put it on my wrist I could also notice how light it was. Very soft and comfortable silicone strap, I usually suffer a lot for watch straps but with this one I had no problem.
Inside the box I could also find the battery charger and the instruction manual.
To tell the truth I wasted a bit of time looking for the app to download on my smartphone because the QR code in the manual, the same one that will later appear on the watch display, was not working properly, page not found. In the end I had to download the RedMagic Sport app from an unofficial site, it is not present on Google Play and to be honest I did not like this very much.
Let’s now move on to the slightly more technical aspects, this is what was declared by RedMagic:

And this is what I think about Redmagic GT Watch:
Design: modern looking watch, youthful and very light to wear with high resolution AMOLED display, clearly visible even in broad daylight. Very comfortable silicone strap.
Performance: Below I list everything I tried to use and they had a positive outcome:
Possibility to choose between 6 different brightness intensities
The display can become a torch by lighting up.
Clearly visible characters (I can read them even without glasses, with the old smartwatch I couldn’t do it!).
Notifications of message reception based on which apps you have chosen to interface with the watch (choice possible only from the app) with easy reading of the messages received (I connected whatsapp, skype, sms and my email).
Double click on the message to open it
Call notification on the mobile phone.
Possibility to choose between various backgrounds to set on the display.
Step counter
weather forecast (location can only be set via app)
Sleep monitoring
Heart rate monitoring
Blood oxygenation monitoring
Smartphone camera shot control
Smartphone music player control with volume control
Stopwatch
Count down
Possibility to choose between 16 sports training modes, then going to the Sport Record menu we can view the result of the various workouts with details such as duration, how many steps taken, heart rate, etc.

Waterproof up to 5 ATM (unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to test it yet)
GPS took a while to connect
I hope I didn’t forget any!
Battery: The battery charges quickly from 0% to 100% took about 60 minutes, I was very surprised by the speed! It definitely has a long life in 13 days of not exactly ordinary use but testing the various menus now it is at 15%.
Software: Connectivity with Bluetooth 5.0 is quite good and it synchronizes with the RedMagic Sport app on the smartphone.
Considerations: It was a pleasant experience testing and wearing the Redmagic GT Watch. I had a lot of fun testing it in the various parts and I was fascinated by the colors, the brightness, the lightness in wearing it and the ease of use. The modern design immediately struck some of my colleagues who complimented me on the new watch!
In my opinion it could have had some more features that we often find even in lower-priced watches (e.g. blood pressure measurement, altimeter , etc.).
If I can also give an opinion on the RedMagic Sport app, I can honestly say that I was not very satisfied but I don’t know if this can be attributed to RedMagic or not. The app I used for my old smartwatch (less expensive than this one) was much more performing. I found the app very basic and when you open it it does not immediately update with the data.
