When will the BS TEAM make a software update of the BS5Pro?

They promised 4 years of updates, from JoyUI 13 to JoyUI 17 and yet we haven’t received a single update.

I bought a top of the line gaming phone that can’t even game any more because it’s stuck on Android 12 and isn’t supported any more even though it’s specs are more than enough to play.

Surely there must be some way to update it? I’d even take a manual update file at this point.

This phone probably wont get any update beyond android 12, i had BS2 Pro, BS4 Pro and now this 5 Pro, none of it had more than one update. I think they made flagship phone, and completely forget about it 😂😂. I dont know why i thought 5 Pro will be different that previous versions, although it is a good phone even now, its kind a waste of money, because of their “support”!
