NataliaBaianosvizzero there could be 2 problems, clogged holes or a problem with the water pump, if it is under warranty I suggest you contact support.
If the problem is that there is something clogged you can try with a needle to check that the holes that supply water are not blocked, put a solution of water and 10% citric acid in the container to try to dissolve any limescale. If the problem is the pump you can check on Aliexpress if you can find a new water tank, but it is better to contact support first.
