I’ve been a pretty big fan of nothing design and approach to the tech space. I never had the chance to try their Phone (1), but i love my Ear (1)s and thanks to HeyUp i’ve been also able to receive and test the Ear (stick)s which, while definitely not a bad product, didn’t really satisfy me in the sound quality and (MOSTLY) fit department.
I’m really excited to try the new Ear (2)s [i may or may not be asking about a tryout 🥸] since i’ve had the opportunity to try all of their audio products and i’m pretty interested to see how much they’ve grown in this space.
Despite incremental, i think this update really could bring their flagship audio product to compete with the bigs, like apple, sony and bose, despite costing almost half the price.
Excited about the improvements in sound quality, ANC (which is pretty good but not the best on the first model) and the new pressure sensitive touch button on the stem. Notable inclusion also the smaller case and new dual bluetooth connectivity.
Nothing is really shaping up to be a very interesting company for me, since they’re starting to tick the right boxes for what i want in a product. Good design is one of them, as you may understand.
Greetings!
