Hello, forum members,
I recently installed HeyupBoxe, a productivity software, on my Intel Evo laptop [https://www.lenovo.com/sg/en/faqs/intel/intel-evo-platform/]. However, I am experiencing technical issues when running the software.
Specifically, HeyupBoxe crashes unexpectedly, runs slowly, and often freezes, making it nearly impossible for me to use the software efficiently. I have attempted several troubleshooting techniques, such as updating my laptop’s drivers, disabling background processes, and reinstalling the software. However, the issue persists.
I suspect that there may be compatibility issues between HeyupBoxe and my Intel Evo laptop, but I cannot confirm this. Therefore, I would appreciate any insights or advice from fellow forum members who may have faced similar issues running HeyupBoxe on an Intel Evo laptop.
Additionally, I would like to know if there are any specific settings or configurations that need to be applied to run HeyupBoxe smoothly on an Intel Evo laptop. I have checked the official HeyupBoxe forums and Intel Evo laptop support forums, but I have not found a satisfactory solution.
Any suggestions or workarounds that have been identified to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all in advance for your help, and I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Judy
