StarMoreno You have checked the warranty, it may include a repair or a review of the reasons why it has stopped working, and they can repair it or send you an exact new model to the one you bought.

There’s no such thing as “best headphones” I’ve seen people dislike the Sennheiser HE1 :) It depends on your preferences, hearing, style of music and so on and so on
