As the release date of Nintendo’s next-generation console, the Switch 2, approaches, accessory maker Dbrand has revealed more details about the appearance of the new device.
Dbrand has announced the launch of a translucent protective case called “Killswitch 2” and revealed a render featuring the case paired with the Switch 2. The company’s CEO stated that their design is based on a 3D scan of the actual hardware, not mere speculation, hinting at support from internal data.
According to the design and data released by Dbrand, the Switch 2’s body dimensions are larger than the current Switch OLED, with a width of 27 cm and a height of 11.6 cm, indicating that the Switch 2 will feature a larger screen, rumored to be 8 inches.
