Doug It is a very good PC that will last you from here until the next 3 or 4 years without major problems, with respect to Fortnite it depends a lot on the graphic settings you choose, if you put DLSS in quality (at 1080p it is recommended to use the quality preset) and everything in epic except for Lumen (UNREAL ray tracing) the game is likely to run with an average of 110fps at 1080p with respect to the graphics there is no RTX 5060, there is RTX 5060ti but the cost is not true either, here in Mexico a normal 4060 is around $ 430 USD while the RTX 5060 TI is around $ 670 USD and is only 10% more powerful than the 4060 using frame generation x2, so it is not a big difference, in that case it would be to go for an RTX 4070ti super which is around $ 700 USD and is a 27% more powerful than the RTX 5060ti, allowing you to play any current game in ultra, with Ray Tracing and at 1440p, don’t get carried away by the multi frame which is not quite ready yet, and causes too many artifacts on the screen, the only thing I would change on the pc you bought is the PSU for a minimum of 750w for a future upgrade I recommend a core reactor 2 from XPG which has a cybenetic gold certification and is in the tier S of psus (it’s also the one I use) and that 5700× 3d heatsink if it is hot, a dissipation of at least 240mm would be good for it, I hope I have helped you and if you have questions you can ask for help on discord
