1 year old heyup projector not powering on

Hey,

I have a heyup projector and it’s one year old.

All off a sudden yesterday the projector was on and the power disconnected popup appeared on the screen. The projector was connected to the power.

I connected the usb c power cable to another device and it worked. Since then, the projector battery drained and now cannot turn on.

I tried to press the reset button at the back but it didn’t help either.

Any suggestions?

Kram999 Try to conect the boxe and left 20/30 min charging and then press reset button without disconect charging. Also try to change batteries in remote control and press button power 5/10 sec

Hello,

I tried it but the problem persists.

Looks like the projector is not charging. If I keep pressing the power button, the LED starts blinking but it does not start.

When I put the power cable, the LED does not light orange, it’s dead. If I put the same charger in my phone, which is usb c, it works.

Kram999 If keep pressing the power button and the LED starts blinking seems need charge battery. Did you try another charger.?

Yep, I tried another charger but still does not charge.
