Menguelez It can’t activate with heyplus watch model. My activation process stuck with QR scan to sync with smart phone.

Hi there, I hope you’re doing well!

Did you manage to find a solution to the issue you’re experiencing? I seem to be having the same problem—when I scan the QR code, I get an error saying the page can’t be opened. I even reset the watch, but now I’m stuck because the QR code’s connection appears to be dead, and I can’t move past this step to install a working app for the watch.

If you’ve found a fix, I’d be so grateful if you could share it with me. Thank you so much in advance!
