My Remote Control for Heyup Projector is not working

Hi all, today I opened my Projector and realized the remote doesn’t work. I tried change new batter for it but it doesn’t do anything. I aslso do the reset on the projector as well, hopefully I can reconnect the remote to the projector but it doesn’t show anything on the screen.

I don’t know what’s wrong and I need help 🥲

Laurie I recommend you to do a reset again to solve the problem

Menguelez Hi, is it the button behind the boxe? I used sim card to pick the button and reset but nothing worked. I’ve already contact the customer support team and waited for their response. Thank you 🙏

Laurie yes look the pic. Also one user one day have similar issue and it was the bluetooth conection

Menguelez Yes, I tried press this button and I think it’s already reset the boxes, but it still doesn’t work 🥲 Do you know where I can find the Bluetooth button?

Menguelez Hi, thank you for your response. Because the remote is not working so I cannot choose the Bluetooth icon in the homepage, I don’t think the boxe can function anything without the remote, that’s the problem 🥲 If I can use the projector without the remote then I guess that’s fine too but so far idk how 🥲

Updated: IT WORKS!! You have to press the home button and menu button AT THE SAME TIME to turn on its Bluetooth! I’m so glad I found the way 🤣
