• My boxe wont turn on...

Hi,

I received my heyup boxe today! It was shipped from Poland with UPS. I unboxed the boxe and immediatly got it charging. Once I had let it sit for 30min or so I tried turning it on. But it simply wouldn’t. Pressing the powerbutton did not do anything at all, neither did pressing amd holding it. And it felt mushy, it does not click or give any feedback that you actually turned it on. No noise, no light, no nothing. The charging light is working however.

So could anything fix this issue or have I simply received a defect.

    Hi! Yes I have. But the problem is that the controller isn’t initally connected to the boxe. It’s part of the quickstart process to connect it. So I can’t turn on the box for the first time with the controller.

    I still tried pressing with the remote, but it didn’t work… :(

        Helen Here is a video I uploaded to youtube were you can see the issue. I have e-mailed the support team but they have yet to reply to my latest message. They have sent me plenty of troubleshooting instructions that all have failed.

        I’m quite certain that my boxe is a defect. Even though the charging LED is working, because keep in mind that is the ONLY sign of life on my boxe. It’s brand new and the shipping box was perfectly intact (I still have it if Heyup would want pictures).

          Aminofps Could it be an issue with the powerbutton? Like I stated before, it feels mushy and does not click with noise or feel. Not sign of feedback

            Menguelez Yes, that was my first troubleshooting task that Heyup sent me to do. I’ve tried everything they have asked me to do. Now they told me that they have “reported this issue to the tech team. Please rest assured that we would like to keep you updated once the tech team provides relevant information to us.”
