How do I fix my boxe not turning on?

Hi @Helen , I recived my heyup boxe yesterday and I haven’t been able to turn it on.

I have got it fully charged and pressing the powerbutton on the boxe or the remote does not do anything.

I know some parts of the boxe is working like the led for charging as it has turned orange when I first tried charging.

I think the issue might be with the powerbutton as it doesn’t give any feedback when pressed, it feels mushy and does not click or make any noise. Keep in mind that I’m unable to turn on the boxe with the remote because you have to connect the remote with the boxe upon first start (which cannot happen because of the inability to turn it on with the powerbutton).

So I’m really at a loss with this, is there anything I could do? Did I recive a defect?

Hi after checking with our Tech Team, could you please kindly help with the troubleshooting so we can better solve the problem?

There is a reset hole on the back of the projector, could you please insert the reset hole with a pin, which is the one used to open a phone (SIM) card, and check if the projector can be turned on? (Attached is picture 1 for your reference)
Could you help check what is the status of the indicator light when it is charging, is the orange light always on or the orange light is flashing? Besides, what color is the indicator light when you press the power button without charging?

Helen Hi, I recived this exact message on my email and already responed to it. It does not fix anyhting unfortunatly.

Is there any other fix?
