So according to Mishaal Rahman Snapdragon G3X gen 1 is based on Snapdragon 888, so not the latest Qualcomm flagship SOC. But I suppose is still way better than the Snapdragon 720G from the newly released Logitech G Cloud. And given the fact that both of the consoles are trying to push cloud gaming services like Microsoft X Cloud, Stadia or Geforce Now, Snapdragon 888 should be more than enough.
