I guess it comes with the territory when you’re TSMC’s biggest customer, accounting for a quarter of their revenue

But on the other hand, as the article says, TSMC is the sole chipmaker for Apple and seeing what Samsung Semiconductor made out of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Apple doesn’t have much choice either in choosing someone else. So I’d say it’s a pretty interdependent relationship.

    Ohh boyy this could go a whole bunch of ways. For apple users, I hope they continue to refuse the price increase.

    Alex14 yeah well here apple is really forcing hand with their monopoly and this could mean that other manufacturers could get yet again low volumes chip supplies and could also be forced to buy from Samsung again
