AdhelSakli most of the time it isn’t necessary, but if the device gets in trouble it will comfort you a lot if the service is great. Not only in terms of how fast the device is repaired but also in terms of email/telephone support and how Strick the warranty is been handled. I have made some sad experience with realme who doesnt seem to take the failures I told them serious enough. I tried to get a solution for about half an year which only leads them to block me at social media and to not fix my problem.
Otherwise I have made good experience with the Sony Xperia support back in the days of the Z1 and with the ZTE Support.
And for non Mobile phones I enjoyed the SanDisk SD Card Support and the Logitech support. They have been great.
