vgoodwin93 here you go~
First, I assumed that you saw these roles from the Prime Tryouts. So let me clarify what the Prime Tryouts is, and who could apply for it!
What is the Prime Tryouts?
Heyup Prime Tryouts is the tryout program exclusive to loyal Heyup users like Heyup Testers, Heyup Reviewers, Heyup Ambassadors, and Active Users. The products available to try and review in the Prime Tryouts are more unique and limited, for example, tryouts for REDMAGIC 7S PRO, osotek Horizon…
Who could apply for it? What’re the differences between Heyup Active Users, Heyup Testers and Heyup Ambassadors?
Heyup Active Community Users: Users with 75+ points in the Heyup community could apply for it. To earn points, all you need to do is to complete some actions in the community in Heyup Community like creating discussions, sharing product reviews, receiving likes, and more.
Heyup Tester: Users who were selected as the product testers in the Heyup Tryouts, and shared quality product reviews in the community. The qualified users is also given a Heyup Tester badge.
Plus, a small tip: sharing more content or product reviews in the community to show your product expertise could increase the chance of being selected for the Heyup Tryouts.
Heyup Ambassadors: We are looking for community builders, trendsetters, and influencers who share our value of discovering and experiencing cool tech on social media and websites. As an ambassador, you will have first access to trying out new products through the Heyup Tryouts.
Users who are interested in being the Heyup Ambassadors could apply here, and our team will notify qualified users via email if they are selected.
What is the Heyup Achievement and Heyup community points?
Heyup Achievement is a points-based system where you can earn points for every action you make as a part of our Heyup Community. With these points, you can redeem them for multiple rewards in our Tryouts and on the Heyup Store, as the rewards for all the hard work you put into making this community so awesome.
How can I check my community points?
You could check your points on the sidebar of the homepage, each post footer, and your user card.
