Apps not playing

My box just started not playing on YouTube. I can see all the content displayed but it doesn’t play. I tried resetting the device and download again the app but the problem persists. Anyone with an idea of how I can fix this.

BensonMakusha What do you mean with your box? If you mean heyup boxe, you can to reset projector introducing a sim extractor on the hole and reset it.

Thank you. Tried it. It still is not working. There is a server error message. I’m not sure how to clear that. I did try reset using the button as wellas through the system settings. It’s not changing. Any idea how to move from here?.

Just wondering if only YouTube couldn’t be played. Could you share the image/video of the server message?

Then maybe you could try to restart your router and check your network diagnosis.
