It depends on the brand of phone. Nothing updates are great, Motorola’s are good as well (but run behind a bit), OnePlus updates are fantastic. With that said, the Z70 is my first Nubia phone and while their OS is very similar in a few ways to Oxygen OS (just the latest version of android with a layer coating on top which adds some unique functionality. With that said, I’m not a fan of Nubia’s OS at all. It’s buggy and lacking overall compared to almost ever other phone on the market. I wish they would iron out the kinks fully but we’ll see.
With that said, I refuse to buy an Samsung phone due to the massive amount of bloatware they include in their OS which mimics much if what Google offers already (which is better). I find all Samsung apps to be terrible to use. I do however understand some people like the Samsung apps. I just don’t get why. Why the need for two versions of basic fuctions and tools? It over complicates things.
