With the release of the Pixel 7a here, I imagine many have been keeping track and pondering after the hype of the 6a, Will it perform better? Is it worth upgrading?
I’ve been debating since I decided to pick up the Pixel 6a. The problems I’ve ran into with the 6a, such as battery and heat, have me leaning towards not upgrading to the 7a. Like many others, I would have liked to have seen a bit better battery with the 7a as my 6a doesn’t even last 12 hours on medium use, even after getting a warranty replacement. The only hope would be that the newer Tensor Chip(G2) would help with battery use/drain. Too add to the doubt, Google isn’t giving good trade in amounts for the 6a. Sure they are giving a free case and buds, but I’d still prefer a higher trade in offer.
