Hello, and thanks for reaching out. Regarding the holiday season, there are two reasons for the delay. First, some community members haven’t had the opportunity to participate yet. We hope to unlock two phones to conclude the campaign, and we’ve unlocked one so far under the rules. Second, the Heyup team has taken some time off to celebrate the New Year, but we’ll be back next week to continue supporting our community!
