We noticed that you have few questions about heyplus Watch. Here are answers for some of them.

This watch supports water&dust resistance with IP68;
If you want to see text messages on your watch, pls make sure you already enable [Messages] on heyplus APP. The setting route is: Open heyplus APP - Device - Device Management - Notifications - Messages.

Tanya During my initial setup a week ago I switched on “phone call” and “messages” in notifications. I always get an indication on the watch when I receive a phone call but I have not ever received a notification of any text messages. Any other ideas? It’s likely something I am missing.

Tanya I have a heyplus watch. I reset the watch to factory settings,

I want to connect it again, it reads the QR code (04.24.44) but it says the url was not found. I have tried many times on many phones, the phone cannot go further than the QR code reading part. How will I connect this watch without the watch’s QR code support? Or with which code should I connect it? The watch only shows one QR code. I would be happy if you can help me.

Could you check your mobile phone Settings first, and see if you enable notifications of Messages? If you have enabled it and still can’t receive any text notifications on the watch, pls submit a feedback, following “heyplus APP - Service&Support - BUG Feedback”. Our development team would follow up.
