I just went to check the face gallery on my watch to compare the # and order, of available faces that I wrote out in the review, and.. they are all still there, except.. for.. (and you’re right).. the Fine Machinery category! This is missing for me as well, as of right now.. I had not noticed it was gone, so no idea when it went away. I can say this.. some time ago, I had encountered a bug with one of the faces, which put my watch into a nasty reboot loop when it tried to install. but.. I can’t recall if it was one of the machinery faces or not, I’ll have to go back and check my support requests but MAYbe.. it’s related to that, maybe it was pulled rather than fixed.. but i could be wrong, don’t take my word on that, just thinking out loud. But just know that it’s not just you…. I do hope they’ll put that category back in there, I do like those faces.

Also, I -was- able to install the Compus Style face just now, so not sure what’s up there. Maybe some issue with the Android version of the app. (?) I’m sure you’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting, like restarting and removing 1 face first if you already have 6 added. But it’s odd.. hopefully it’ll fix for you, maybe in the next update or something.

    Thank you so much for the response! 😁 Yeah, I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting like what you said but still no luck with Compus watch face, ain’t sure it was due to the Android app or my photo format. I also recently discover that the developer behind the app, RYEEX Technology also released another app - NEXTWEAR for android as well, and it also can pair with Heyplus products. I’ve tried that too, but still no luck with Compus. I yet to try to pair my watch with my iPhone, just don’t want to reset my watch again. Perhaps I shall wait for next update….. 😅

    Anyone on Android with the Hey+Watch here experienced that the Hey+ app itself no longer sync the sleep and workout data? the function on the watch itself is working but the app unable to sync with the data.

    Create custom watch face also not working.

    app version: 3.3.5

    watch firmware version: 1.0.25.17

    phone: Samsung S21 FE, One UI 5.1, Android 13.

      did that too, factory reset the watch, uninstall and reinstall the app through Google Play Store on phone, still having same issue. did you experience any same issue like me? i read comments on Google Play store, others also having similar issue, sleeping record not being synced.

        Hello everyone, I also have a Hey+ Watch. When I start it, I receive a message with white text on a black background: “CORE DATA MISSING Please Connect to Hey+ App and get recovered. ver: 1.0.25.15 MAC:1E:3A”. I tried pairing it with my iPhone via Bluetooth, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work. When I try to pair it with the latest Hey+ App, it finds the watch, but I can’t seem to complete the pairing process.

        What else could I try?

          I noticed that I have version 3.3.2 of the Hey+ App installed on my iPhone. However, it seems that version 3.3.5 is already available, but I can apparently only download it via Android. There’s no other way to get it, right?
