Greetings everyone,

We’ve recently updated our FAQ to highlight an important notice. We’ve noticed some issues and want to remind all our community members to uphold our tester mission, which is crucial for maintaining a healthy community environment.

What to Do If You’re Selected but Unable or Unwilling to Review:

When you apply for a tryout, we trust that you’re both interested and capable in the relevant field, and eager to provide insightful, honest feedback. If circumstances change and you can’t participate after being selected, please notify us at [support@heyupnow.com](mailto:support@heyupnow.com) or inform a moderator of your decision to decline. This allows us to offer the opportunity to someone else. Responding within one week of the tester’s announcement will be appreciated.

Consequences of Non-Participation:

If you’re selected three times and fail to claim or notify us, you will no longer be eligible for future tryouts. We value your commitment and expect timely responses when we need to collect shipping addresses.

Staying Informed and Responding Promptly:

We encourage all participants to monitor their emails for winner announcements to ensure you don’t miss any updates. Quick responses are appreciated when it’s time to collect shipping details.

The Importance of Timely Reviews:

We expect testers to share their reviews promptly, as our community eagerly awaits your valuable insights on new technology. Remember, you have a unique opportunity that others do not.

Consequences for Late Reviews:

Testers who fail to share reviews on time will have their community points revoked and will be barred from future Heyup events. Heyup reserves the right to reclaim product samples or require payment for them.

Seeking Assistance:

For any help, feel free to contact [Support@heyupnow.com](mailto:Support@heyupnow.com).

In my opinion there should be more warnings to users who receive a product and do not submit their review, I mean, I understand that there are things to do or that limit you from doing your job but it is very easy to go to Discord and let them know that you won’t be able to submit your review (it doesn’t take more than 5 minutes).

If you are considering giving 3 chances to be selected again, I would at least expect that if they failed 1 time, the next 2 times their probability of being selected will decrease.

For example, if the user has a 100% chance of being selected, the next 2 times it will go down to 20% chance or less

There is a lot of responsibility in this and knowing that they can give more opportunities to those who fail, It worries me.

If there is something I got wrong or did not say well please let me know.

Franco_glz You’re right! Thank you for your suggestion regarding the potential decrease in the possibility of being selected if failed to review or didn’t claim the opportunities.

Contributing and honoring the commitment of being a tester can create a positive feedback loop that increases the likelihood of selection.

Franco_glz cuando dice 3 veces se refiere a avisar a un usuario, pero este no ha contestado y por lo tanto no ha recibido el producto. Si tu recibes un producto y no publicas la reseña seras eliminado
