separate_paco Hi, I log in in the Amazon Prime Video app (installed by Aptoide), but when I clic play on an episode, It shows me an HDMI connection errore. Any tip? Thanks
Menguelez separate_paco Try to do a reset on the Boxe and check again if shows problem. Insert an eject sim tool in the hole and you will reset the boxe. If not works try with an amazon stick 😉👍
separate_paco Menguelez It did not work. I found a similar error in some other devices ( https://www.amazonforum.com/s/question/0D54P00008A1nzBSAR/hdmi-connection-error-only-with-prime-video ). Some users solved the problem editing audio or video options in some ways, but unfortunately on Boxe i cannot find such advanced settings.

Menguelez separate_paco I know that it is not the perfect solution, but you use the amazon stick in the hdmi port of the heyup boxe and it will work
