separate_paco Try to do a reset on the Boxe and check again if shows problem.
Insert an eject sim tool in the hole and you will reset the boxe.
If not works try with an amazon stick 😉👍
It did not work.
I found a similar error in some other devices ( https://www.amazonforum.com/s/question/0D54P00008A1nzBSAR/hdmi-connection-error-only-with-prime-video ).
Some users solved the problem editing audio or video options in some ways, but unfortunately on Boxe i cannot find such advanced settings.
separate_paco It is strange, because it says hdmi problem but you are not using the hdmi🤔

Amazon Prime Video worked perrfectly with Amazon Fire Stick
separate_paco I know that it is not the perfect solution, but you use the amazon stick in the hdmi port of the heyup boxe and it will work
