Our technical team has made several attempts to resolve the issue with the point system, but it has unfortunately continued to malfunction and we have been unable to identify the root cause. To ensure our users’ satisfaction, we are in the process of developing a brand new point system which is expected to be launched in July. We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
UxiaCesSantos Enrico_NonSoloRobot I have the same problem, I had 170 points. But I was away from the platform for a few months due to illness and work and now when I have returned I have found that I have fewer points.
